Lavinia first commenced with Lamrocks Solicitors in 2014 as a Law Clerk and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2015 where she commenced practicing exclusively in Family Law.
Lavinia has returned to Lamrocks Solicitors after an extensive period working for a boutique specialist Family Law Firm in the Macarthur Area. She has assisted clients in a wide variety of matters, including complex property matters, appellate work, and parenting matters - including matters involving grandparents and other carers.
Lavinia is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law since 2021, and has continued to build upon her knowledge and expertise in a wide variety of Family Law matters.
Lavinia takes a sensitive approach with her clients, and has assisted many clients and children who have been impacted by family violence and/or mental health concerns. Her undergraduate was a Bachelor of Arts-Psychology, combined with a Bachelor of Laws, from Macquarie University, and this combination has provided her with additional insight to assist her with handling complex parenting matters.
In recent years, Lavinia has also been studying a Master of Professional Accounting, giving her further knowledge and understanding when handling complex property matters, especially those involving corporate entities and trust structures.
Lavinia is delighted to return to assisting clients in the Penrith and surrounding community. Outside of her work hours, Lavinia is kept very busy by her children and her pets, and, in the occasional quiet moment, finds time to work on her numerous crochet projects.
