Meet Tracey
Tracey works in the area of Wills & Estates, assisting individuals and families with their estate planning needs such as drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardians, as well as providing assistance for clients in navigating the Aged Care system. She provides advice on Will challenges and carries out complex grants of probate and letters of administration on behalf of clients. Tracey also works in the area of property law, acting on the sale and purchase of real property, as well as other less common property transactions.

Aligning her natural compassion with her knowledge and experience, Tracey ensures her clients feel supported and assured throughout complex deceased estate and estate planning processes. She is also focused on taking the time to thoroughly consider the circumstances of her clients to ensure the best legal solution for their needs.
Tracey’s education includes a Masters degree with a double major in Wills & Estates and Property law with the College of Law (completion May 2024). She has also completed a Masters in Natural Resource Governance and Policy with the University of New England to extend her property knowledge and gain a better understanding of rural and agricultural land matters.
