Lamrocks Response to COVID-19 and Servicing Western Sydney
We all have a responsibility to ensure that the COVID-19 virus is dealt with as soon as possible.
Here at Lamrocks we take that responsibility extremely seriously. The health of our staff, the people of Western Sydney and all our clients is of the utmost importance. Lamrocks has taken all steps recommended by the Federal and State Governments and introduced policies to ensure that the health of everyone in contact with us is the priority.
This will involve our staff asking certain questions recommended by the Government when entering our office or requesting a face to face meeting with one of our staff. Some face to face meetings will be postponed in accordance with Government recommendations. We apologise for any inconvenience. However, we have organised that contact with our professional staff can be conducted by video link if necessary.
Our office remains open and will continue to be open in accordance with Government guidelines.
Lamrocks has invested heavily in technology to ensure that the service we provide to our clients can continue in any circumstance. That technology allows staff to work remotely and continue to service our clients as if that staff member remained in the office. Our lawyers are always available to be contacted by email and by telephone. We will continue to operate as usual.
How the Government deals with this Virus is changing daily. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure that Lamrocks complies with Government recommendations. We believe that Lamrocks is positioned to be able to continue to provide services to our clients and continue the contribution we have provided to our community for over 135 years.
